With a small brass tube, thick leather, and a few other supplies, this brass and leather “DIY” necklace idea will take less than 30 minutes to make.
What will you need
- brass round tube (1/8 inch diameter)
- pipe cutter
- thick piece of leather (12 square centimeters is enough)
- Waxed cord 3mm and 60 cm long, choose the color you like
- leather awl
- ruler or measuring tape
- sharp knife for cutting
- cutting base
How to make a do-it-yourself bronze and leather necklace
First, use a small pipe and tube cutter to measure a piece of brass (about 8.5 centimeters long) and cut it to size with the tool. Then, cut it to size with the tool. It's easy to use, just clip the brass tube into the opening and turn the tool continuously until it comes loose.
