Necessary supplies for natural blush

arrowroot powder – Arrowroot is a starch and a common alternative to cornstarch

Also, arrowroot is used as a base for this blush. It can also be added if you need to lighten your blush.

Beet Root Powder – is exactly what it sounds like; dried beetroot

Beetroot has an amazing color and therefore beet root powder is perfect to give this blush that pink color.

Cocoa powder

Cocoa powder is used when you want the blush to have more brown tones. It is also beneficial for the skin as it contains antioxidants that are good for the skin.

Those are the three ingredients for the recipe

However, you can play with your blush and experiment with other ingredients like ginger (yellow/golden tones), cinnamon (golden brown tones), hibiscus powder (pink tones) turmeric (orange tones).

Way of doing

Firstly, take 2 teaspoons of arrowroot powder along with 1 teaspoon of beet root powder. Then, place it in a container suitable for blush (easily found in specialized stores for natural cosmetics), Stir well.

2 tsp. beet root powder

Then mix well and put it in a glass pot.

2 teaspoons arrowroot powder
2 tsp. beet root powder
1 tsp. cocoa powder

Tips:

Put all the ingredients in small glass jars (suitable for blush). Stir well until completely mixed.

In addition, store in a cool place, average duration of 6 months.

Test on the back of your hand to see if you have the desired shade. Adjust as needed.
