The process of how to make liquid soap is not difficult at all. You probably think there are a lot of chemicals and "cooking" involved, but you're wrong. In fact, the only tool you'll need is a microwave.
What's great about learning how to make body wash at home is that you can have any scent you want (simply by using different essential oils). Opt for something relaxing like lavender or get creative and mix different essential oils. In addition, you will have your own personalized perfume.
How to make homemade liquid soap
Once you know how to make this soap, you can easily whip up a batch or two to give away for the holidays or any occasion. That is, you can also bet as souvenirs.
Necessary ingredients
1 cup unscented castile soap
¼ cup almond or avocado oil
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 teaspoons (tea) – Vitamin E oil
15-20 drops of orange essential oil
1 cup of water (tea)
How to make
First, melt the coconut oil in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, then remove and add the castile soap along with the almond oil, vitamin oil and water.
Soon after, stir all these ingredients well, then add the orange essential oil, and stir well to incorporate.
Finally, place in containers suitable for liquid soap.
Note: If you find this mixture too oily for your body, just add ½ cup of water at a time until you get a comfortable texture for your skin.
Tip: If your bathroom is cold, you may find that coconut oil solidifies. So simply place in hot water and shake well before each use. However keep in a cool place.
