FLORAL BATH SALTS
1 cup of Epsom salt
1 cup pink (refined) Himalayan salt
10-15 drops of lavender or palmarrosa essential oils
1 tablespoon coconut oil (warm)
Dried flowers and herbs
Optional: Add bentonite clay to mix for additional benefits
Mhow to do
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Then make sure that the oil is evenly mixed with the salts. Soon after, transfer to a glass pot and close well.
Bath Salts are so easy to prepare and very therapeutic and beneficial for bathing. Sprinkle in warm running water and immerse the body in it for 20 minutes. If you don't have a bathtub, you can do this with a bucket.
Body Scrub with Dry Roses
1/2 cup pink Himalayan salt (refined)
1 teaspoon melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil
4 drops essential oil (lavender or ylang ylang)

Way of doing
First, mix these ingredients in a bowl, then transfer to a glass jar and close tightly. When opened, it should be used immediately to exfoliate the body.
body butter
1 cup unfiltered organic coconut oil (solid, not liquefied)
2 teaspoons of vitamin E oil
10 drops of lavender essential oil
First of all add all the items in a bowl. Right after, use an electric mixer and beat for about 5 minutes until it's light and airy. Finally, place the body butter in an airtight glass jar.
